How can we help?
Keepsake is made independently. Start with the answers below or send a private support request. Please do not include memory content, passwords, authentication links, or full purchase receipts.
Where are my memories stored?
Keepsake starts with a local archive on this device. Before optional account backup is enabled, adding a memory does not upload it. After you enable backup, signed-in archive changes synchronize automatically and the app shows backup status separately.
A photo, camera, microphone, or reminder is not working
Open the iOS Settings app, choose Keepsake, and review the permission for that feature. Keepsake requests access only when it is needed. Turning a permission off does not delete memories already in your archive.
Export your archive
In Keepsake, open Settings, choose Export archive index, then choose where to save or share the JSON index. It contains memory records and local media references, but does not bundle the photo or voice-note files. Treat the export as private: anyone with access to it may be able to read its contents.
Restore or manage Plus
Use Restore Purchases on the Keepsake Plus screen for an earlier purchase made with the same Apple ID. Manage or cancel a recurring subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Apple handles charges and refund decisions.
Delete an account
Follow the steps on Delete your account. Account deletion is separate from deleting local memories, cancelling an Apple subscription, and removing exported files.
What to include
Tell us what happened, which iPhone or iPad and iOS version you use, the Keepsake version, and what you expected to see. Please do not send private memory content, passwords, or full purchase receipts.
